I required at short notice stairlift rental in order for a family member to be discharged from hospital. From the outset Easystep stairlifts proved to be straightforward and 100 percent reliable, taking time to describe the product and fitting. The online fitting survey was easy to use. There were no hidden T’s and C’s. The description of the product and hire terms were accurate, clearly set out and easily understood. The company went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, I enquired on Friday afternoon, the stairlift was fitted by noon the following Tuesday. The fitter (Mark) was excellent, worked swiftly, neatly, and took care ensuring I was confident operating the stairlift before he departed. Fitting, and ongoing hire, represent excellent value for money, customer service is exemplary. The stairlift is going to offer independence and quality of life to both its user and the family as a whole.
